A Special meeting of the City Council .of the City of Laurel, Montana
was held in the Council chambers anal was called to order by Jake Ruff, President of the Council.
Upon roll call all aldermen as follows answered present:
G.L. Gass Roy Ed~rards Harold Wilson Kerin~th Olson
Steve ftor~ee Cecil Nave Henry Kaiser
'his meeting is a meeting to tna.ke any suggested changes in the budget.
After same discussion about th~* condition of the police fund, it was sugg~:sted
that another mill be taken from tie General Fund, to be given to the Police Fund..
Motion way then made by Kaiser and seconded by Olson that the budget be approved
at J~? mills, and the ~it~ Clerk way directed to publish same in the Laurel
Qutlook~ subject ~b objections from and interested parties on August 9, 1961,, at which time the City 'Council will ~?eet to consider any and all oU~ections
if any. Motion carried.
