A Special Meeting of the City Gouncii of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the Cotuicil Chambers and was called to order by Mayor J. J. parker, at 7:30
o'cloek~ P.M., on Tuesday, February 1~., lybl.
Upon roll call the following aldermen answered present:
John Beslanwitch Henry Kaiser Cecil E. Nave Jake Ruff
J. E. F`reebury Herman K. Frank Alex Henry
This meeting ti~as called for. the purpose of reading and passing on Resolution
No. 1178, which being a resolution providing for the sale of ~11~(~OC?.00 of Special
Improvement District #9~ Ronds.

RESOLUTION NQ. 1178, BEING A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE S1~LE OF ll,OC~O.C~~
of Special Improvement District No. 90 Bonds, of the City of Zaurel, Yellowstone County,
Montana, to Mr. W. M. Baker, of Laurel, Montana, was presented and read. Motion was
made by Ruff and seconded by Kaiser that Resolution No. 1178 be passed and approved.
Upon roll call, the vote is recorded as follows: f~Ayes~~. T~lhereupon the Mayor declared
the said mo~;ion duly carried.
There being no further business called for the meeting at this time, motion
was duly made and seconded that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
