Dear Mayor Waggoner,
This letter is to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as a member of the City County Planning
Board and from the Public Works Commitee effective Sepember 30, 2022. My resignation is in no way
perceived as my being unhappyl It is just time to move on
I have enjoyed being a member of the Planning Board approximately 18 years volunteering my time to assist
the city with zoning, municipal codes and more. While on the Public Works Commitee we dealt with the major
Water intake problems, improving our Sewer System to federal regulations, Street improvements and much
more.
I was dedicated to learning and improving the workings of the city. Being a member on both the Board and
Public Works was very important to mel As I had a Voice and Vote in the decision-making process.
The past 18 years has been very rewarding. I've enjoyed working with the City Staff and all the committee
members.
