A quorum (3 or more} present, the following action was taken
by the Committee:
Discussion regarding three new trees that have recently been planted in the
cemetery. These trees have been planted at the gravesites of Wyona & Clarence
Williamson, Marie & Perry Moler and Grace Moler Schwarz. Sharon Herman will
try to find out who planted the trees and notify them that if they are not
removed the city will remove them. (The people have been located and they will
remove the trees the weekend of Septembe~ 8th).
Discussion regarding the rules and regulations for the cemetery. Lee Barndt
presented several pamphlets from different esmeterles that they hand Out to people
regarding their rules & regulations. It was suggested that we try to do something
like this with our regulations. Ail members to work on this and we will have
another meeting in a month.
