A ~peci~l meeting of the City Council of the ~itST of Laurel, 1~lontana,
was 11e1d in the Council Chambers, and was called to order b~ President of the
Council, Jacob Ruff, at 7:~0 o'clock P. M., on T~Zonday, November 5, 1962.
?Jpon taking ro11 call, the following aldermen answered present:

This rneetin~; was called for the purpose of discussing a proposed change
order regarding the sewer line to t}-ie new Sewage Tredtrr~ent Plant. City Engineer
reported that there were apparently leaks in the line apparent 1,000 feet above
t~,e Farmers iTnion a,nd 1,0~~ feet below, probabl~T indicating •bad joints in the line.
after further ~;enera,l discussion it was t'n.e feeling of tl~e Council that
a letter be drawn up shoz,ring dissatisfaction of the engineering and the contractor's
work, and rejecting the proposed ~rangP order. This letter to be compiled and pre-
sented for approval at tre next Council meeting to be held November 9th 1962.
Motion was made to ;his effect b~ Alderman Wilson, and seconded by Nave. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the meeting at this time,
motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
