A special meeting of the City Council. of the City of T,aurel, Montana, was
l~.eld in the Council Chambers, and V1as called to order by Mayor John Beslanwitch at
7:30 o'clock Po M.~ on Tuesday, October 23, 1962.
Upon taking roll call, the following; aldermen answered present:
Jacob Ruff Steve Romee Kenneth Olson Roy Edwards
Henry Kaiser Cecil Nave Harold Wilson
This meeting was specially c~.lled to read and pass upon a Resolution of
T_ntention to create that certain district cover a portion of Richardson Drain.

by Kaiser that this resolution be adopted. Upon taking roll call vote, all aldermen
present voted "4~e", and said resolution was declared passed and adopted.
There being no further business to come before the council at this tune,
motion was duly made and seconded that th.e meeting be adjourned. Motion carried.
