July 25, 1962
A special meeting of the City Council of the pity of T;.•a.urel, Montar~,,
was held in the City clerk+s offices and was called to order by Mayor John
Beslanwitch at 7200 o~clock, P.M., on W~ ~:~d ,~Tuly 25, 1y62.
Upon taking roll call the following aldermen answered presents
Jacob Ruff Kenneth Olson Harold '~ilson Cecil Navy
Ray ~c~.wards Henry Kaiser
Ater roll call, Mayor ~eslanwitch called upon Jake Ruff, president
of the Council, to preside at this meeting.
The purpose of this meeting was to pass the ~r~liminary bud~,et after
making any sugg~st~d changes in the budget su€;g~sted at the last special. meting.
Aft~~ some discussion~and~, few minor changes, mention was made by Edwards and
seconded by Olson that the preliminary budget be approveds a.rid the City Clerk
given authorization to publish notices of tax assessments in the L<.ure1 Outlook. Motion car. r.ied.
There being no further business discussed at this special me~tin~,
motion was duly made and seconded that th€~ muting be adjourned to the Council
Chambers, where another special meeting was called for the purpose of meeting
with certain members of tYi~ school board. Motion carried.
