A Special me~~in~ of the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana was held in the ~3ty Glerk~s office, and called ~o order by President of the
Council, Jacob Ruff, in the abeenee of the Mayors a~ 8r~0 o~cl4ck, P. M., on
Wedr~~sday, August 7, 19?3.
Upon taking roll the following aldermen answered present:
E. FI. Eber~viller~ Sr. William J. Palm Kenneth OlseM
Ed Leuthold R,o~r Edwards Cecil Nave
The meeting was called for-the specific purpose of diseu~sing and de-
ciding the problem of another water tap for tMe Greshelle property. The wester
corrmiittee which had made a study of the co~tr~ct between the outs3.de users and the City of Laurel made the re~ommendatic~n that phis tap b~ allowec ~ a~ hey only has ,c~

discu~aion, motion waa made by Olson and s~:conded by Ebersv3.ller that the recom-
mer~d~tion of the comm3tte~ be aee~pted.

N~.ve voting "no".

~ion, motion was dimly made and s~eonded that the mee°~ing be ad~ou~ned, until the
special meeting of Augt~.st l~~ 1963, to be held to finally adopt the 1963-196lt bt~d- ~et. Motion carried.
