April 23, 1963
A Special meeting of the Gity Council of the pity o~ ~aurel~ Montana
was held in the Couneil Chambers and was called to order by Mayor John Beslan-
witch at 7:00 o'clock,, P. M.~ on Tuesday, April 23, 2963.
Upon taking roll call, the following aldermen answered present:
Jacob Ruff Kenneth Olson Gerald L. Gass Steve Romee
Cecil Nave Harold Wilson Roy Edwards

solution No. 1232.

REVISED ORDINANCES ~F THE CITY OF LAtTREL OF 1961, BY A ('MANGE OF' SALARY SCHEDL~,~S
AS PROVIDID THE~ETN AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY THEREFOR, way presented. Motion was
made by Ruff and s~cond~;d by Olson ghat this Ordinance be declared passed and adopted.
RESOLUTION N0. 1232
RESOT,UTION N0. 1232, BEING A RESOLUTION SETTING UP AND DESCRIBING ADDIS
TIONAL DUTIES FOR `?'HE CITY TREASURER AND THE COMPENSATION THEREFOR; was presented.
Motion was made by R~xff and seconded by Romee that this resolution b~ passed and
adopted. Upon taking roll call vote, all aldermen present voted "dye", and said resolution declared passed and adopted.
There being no further businQss to come before the Council. at this time
motion was duly made end s~cond~d that the meting be adjourned. Motion Carried.
