A Special Meeting cif the City Council of the City of Laurel, Montana, was held in the C1erk~s offie~~ and way called to order by Mayor Beslanwitch at
2:30 of clock P. M., on Thursday, September 2, 1965.
Upon t~ki.ng roll ea11~ the follcnring aldermen answered presents
Jacob Ruff Donald R. Bradford Richard Black Kenneth Olson Walter Parker T~ouis Yovet~.ch G. L. Gass Roy Edwards
This meeting was called on the recommendation o~ the Civil Def~ns~ Ch-
airman of Yellowstone Countg~ and Mike McCl3ntack~ County Commiss3.oner~ who sug-
gest~d that Laurel be de Blared a disaster area, in order to try to acquire ~orn~
sort of aid for certain fam3.lie~ taho hart a good deal of damage, and a1.so for the C3.ty of Laurel which has suffered seven strut damage.
After much discussion, motion was made by Edwards ar~d seconded by Brad-
ford that the Council take the above action. Motion carried.
There being no further business to came be~'ore the Council a,t this time motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be ad~ovr~ed. Motion carr3.ed.
