A special Meting of thy: City Cozarzcil of the City of Laurels Montan~,~
was held ~.n the council Chambers, and eras called to order bq Mayor Bohn Beslan-
witch at ~t:3E~ o~cloek, P. M., on Wednesday, August 1a, 1965.
Upon taking roll call, the fallowing aldermen answered present:
Jacob Ruff Donald ft. Bradford Richard Black
Roy Edwards Louis Ydv~tich .Walter Parlor
This meeting was called especi~.l.ly fc~r the purpose of discus~i:ng and
deciding on the purchase of ~ IJUZ.Z.C'~02~2'. After reports by the City Eng~,ne~r~ and
s~neral aldermen, Motion was made by Ruff and seconded by Black that ths: matter c~~
th3.s purcYia~e be reP~rred to the purchasing ceammitt~e with authority to act. Mo-
tion carried.
The cost of this piece of machinery is ~999.C?0. After discussion, emotion
was m~ad~ by Ruff and seconded by Black that this amount b~ pa3.d one-fourth from th~a
Garbage ~I Ftiuid and 3/!~ from the Garb~g~ #2 Fund. Motion carried.
After discussion as to the purchase off' ~ new ro11~r, motion way made by
Ruff end seconded by Black that the rent~cl roller be turned back, and that them be ext~isiv~ investigation regarding repairs on the old roller. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Council ~t this time,
motion was duly made and seconded that the meting be adjourned. Motion carried.
