Walt Parker, one of the new alder~aen was present ~.t the meeting. The
Mayor congratulated h.im arid. the other new aldermen, anet conveyed hip thanks to the outgoing aldermen, ~'bersv3.ll~r, Leuthold, lave and Palm.
~b~rsv3.ll~r way asked for a report from the Coa~mitt~e r~gardin~ the
City~s negotiations with the Montana States Highway Department regarding the por-
tion of the South Park property, needed for the Interstate Highway. Bradleq

motion was made by Ruff and seeand~;d by Ebersviller that permission riot ~ granted
and that the City~s request of ~5~000.00 for the property remain as it is. Mo-
tion carriad. Included in the motion was instruction to Bradley to ans~rer the
leer he received conveying the decision of the City Council.
3'he Mayor brought up the ~ub~e~t of the Health Officer, and stated that
he way nod satisfied and way going to make change. Several names ~enti~n~d in
conn~±ct~.on with the ~anit~tion inspeetion~' none of which persons reside in the
City limits. Mr. Tee~~rs cannot give a price unt3.1 he hay a Iist of the estab-
