M.~ on Tuesday, December l~ 196~t. Upon taking roll call ~h~ following aldermen. answered pr~aenta Roy Edwards E. H. ~lbersviller, Sr. Keith Olson G. L. Ga.~a Eddie Bert L~utMo].d. Cecil Nave The m3.nut~s of tie previoue ~e~.t3.ng were read. Motion was made by Olson and secanded by Leuthold that tY~e ~i.n~z~~~ be approved a~ read. Motion carried, Library report was presented for approval. Motion was made bar Ebers- viller a~ici seconcl~d by Olson that this report be approved. Motion carried. Report of the Polio ~~adge was presented. Mention was made bg ~l.~o~ and seconded by Eber~vill~r that this report be s~pproved. Motion carried. Reports of the patrolmen Wire presented. ldotion was oracle by Olson and ~~eQr~c3ed by L~dw~rdr that t2~ese reports be approved. Motion carried. Mo- tion was oracle by Ebers~riller aiad seconded by Edwards that permission be gran-~~d. Motion carried. The Mayor reported that the ~egislativ~ Cor~i.tt~e is meeting in I~lena i on D~c~mber 18th and stated that he f~l~ that Ruff should go. Motion was made by Olson and aeeonded by Gass that p~rmi~sion be granted. ~Iotimn carr3.ed. Edwards r~port~ed on the cost of tie regulator for the Sewage Dispoaai Plant, a~i stated that the ce~runit~e~ world r~q~e~t more time before making a final recommenda~imn to the Council. Olson r~por~~d that he had met with Morrissett~~ and stated that a dip m~.v be a good. idea. Motion was made be ~b~rs~iller ar~d seeorid~d by Leuth- old that dip be tried and that the ~0mm3.t~~e contact the City E~gine~r~ acrd have a~~.thority to eet. Motion c~rri~d. Ebers~3.1Z~r complimented the Po1i~e Co~arnitte~ on the fob done in mov- ing undesirable trailers ~ and eld ears in c~rt~in areas around tom. After discussion, it was de~id~d to flood the skating rinks. Edwards reported on the Civil Det'en~~ meeting ghat he attended ~t '~ar- din.
