An ~xtended discussion ~as held with John Adams (current tenant at Airport)
concerning whether his duties are co~m~ensurate with his rent free status. When he
moved in the mobile home at the Airport it w~s explained to him that he would be
expected to take care of the park, help mew alomg runvays and taxivays ,assist with
plowing snow when possible ,andlock the gate each night. Mr.Adams contends that
his care of the park and locking the gate are so time consuming that that
should suffice to pay the rent.Subject ~as tabled for further study. We will
definitely have an agreement in ~rriting concerning this matter.

Will get truck repaired in August.
We are still looking at a new or at least different mower.Stay tuned.
A Mr.Weber asked if he could lease approximately 5,000 square feet somewhere on
the Airport. This would be for a machine shop and would not be in the hangar
area. The area north of Big Sky Aircraft along the road would make an
excellent light industrial park for this type of business. We will investigate
the possibilities. Many airports do have non aviation industrial areas and this
could be a source of income for the Airport.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
