It was the opinion of the Council that the percentage ~houl.d be a food deal hi~h~r. Olson reported that the Po1ia~ and P~xk ecammittee~ had met and he rec- omm~nded the follm~r3.ng s 1. Reports be made up after each dance a~ Riv~rsid~: Ha11~ by both ~h~ Pol3.ce on duty during the dance. As will as a form to b~ filled out by the dance bard. Forms to b~ m~.de up the the City Clerk a~ well a~ ~ list of Rules and R~~- ulatior~s to be followed. 2. W~;ddir~; dances to be controlled str3.ctly by the Police on duty. Af- ~~r Vis(it) A. Olson also reported that Dewey Hafer is training at present as a radio operator so that t~aere w~.ll b~ two relief men availably: in ease of ill.ne~s or va- eations. G`ity Engineer xas direet~d to enact a stop ~3.gn ~t Alder on the north side of Si2cth street. Gass r~port~d that the c~mmitt~e had met ~.th Morr~i.~on M~3.arl~ and h~ has plans for getting a grant for ~ngine~ring for ~ new r~s~rvair. This pro~eet requires a resolution of the intesntion of the Counc3.1.
