Motion e~rried. The r~inu~~~ o~ the pr~vio~~ sp~~ial m~ss~ting of Jane 26th were read. Motion w~.s made b~ Black and seconded by Ga.~a that the minute be approved as regd. Motion carried. After diseuasion, ~aot3o~ was made by ~ber~viller, s~cor~ded by f~a~$ that the ~i.ty Clerk inform the Church Group that the Cc~uneil had declared this property a n~isan~~~ and that this property must be c1Aan~d up within 30 d~.y~, or the City crews will tear down this building and the char~~as wi11 b~ placed on tt~e taxes. Thy Mayor reported that the finance eommi~te~ and himself hid. mgt with the Library Bo~.rd to hear about the new laws. He ~~~.t~d that the b~dg~t will be presented at the next meting. Southworth reported that the Swimming pool gill b~ kept open the last week of Au~u.st groin ~t P.M. on, and X11 day over the Labor Day week-end. After comment, motion was made by Yaveti~h and secpnded by ~b~r~viller that letter be writtesn to these yotan~ people. Thy Mayor _ intends to give them more formal credit at a later date.
