Thy purpose of this meting was to pass on an Airport Resolution governing a loan for the A3.rport and the method of re-payment.

that this Resolu~iQn be passed and adopted. Motion carried upon ~akin~ a roll call vote that was a unanimous "Aye~~.

special session, motion eras duly made end seconded that the rn~eting be
ad3ourn~d until the next special meeting to be held on July nth, ~,t 7a~0
