by B1aek that the Council accept ~h~ three-year bonds. Motion earrie~d.

Tez~ry Fink appeared before the Council to ask p~r~nis~io~a to have one
trailer.on his lots, and have them hooked ~.p to the city water and sewer 13.n~~.
Mayor Be~lan~itch referred this matter to the 2on3.~~ b0~rd of ad.~u~tmer~t for
a po$sible ~arianc~.
I3ise~~sion xas held on the preliminary ~ngineser3ng report on the water reservoir. Motion was made by t~a.a~ and s~cond~d by Yov~tioh that phis
report be aceep~cd. Motion carried.
Ga~~ reported on the Airport Commieion and his drip to I3elesn~..
N'ieholas took two days of M3~ vacation aid Gaya sugg~s~~d that the~~ b~ given
back to him. He ffitat~d that the request of a grant for the ~3rpo~t h~ been
gr~.nt~d. Aft~~ diseu~asion of the ~~~tion muter, mention was made by Black and seconded by Yon~tich that N3chola~ b~ g3v~n hip two d~,y~ vaQ~t3.on time.
Nation carried.

Blau reported on the str~~t parking during the sweeping hours.
This matter was referred to the Police ~epartm~nt.
there being no further bu~ine~s to come before the ~ot~.ncil ~.t this
session, motia~ way duly made and seeanded that the meetir~ be adjourned.
Motion Qarried. After the meeting Mayor B~~la~witch was presented gift from
the City E~aploy~~~ of a Polaroid Camera, complete with f~.sh a~ttachmen~, flash bulb, bl~,ek & white film and colored film, 'his pres~ent~.tioM was pr~s~nted
to the outgoing Mayor by Ken Olson the ir~eomin~ Mayor.
