Thy only diff~ren~~ is ~h~ amount of the bond. This is for ~ blanket bond covering X11 ~itg e~ploy~ea except the City ~.'re~.~~.r~r and the A~~i~st~uat City ~'re~s~are~r. Their bond, d~e~ to the type of work they ~.re doings have to be written ~~+paratelg. A ~2,50~.04 blanket bond post X92.08 annually. Minutes of the City Council of Laurel D~.ve Murray appeared before the Council asking if anything had been decided on lying a water line on certain properties o~ hia. C#as reported that i~ ~ta~ still the r~co~menclation of the w~.ter cammitte~; that the City agpe~ to stand the balance of the work which is approximately ~1~222.~E). parlor made this in form of a motion, B1.ack seconded and the motion earri~d. Yovetieh reported that he had several aaLl~s complaining that the work on the church on 3rd street was doing too almw, arici a~ i~ ~~and~ now is still safe~g hazard. After discussion, Yov~~ich made the motion that letter be written to Rev. Lonnie P~t~rsan,, asking if the work could be done Pa~t~r and that the Cotir~cil ~a~ contemplating a dead line for the work to be ec~pl~ted. The emotion w~.~ ~~cond~d by Black. Motion earri~d. Yov~~i~h stated he would like to ace a crosswalk on Main ~tre~t, to aid the gentlemen ~.si.n~ the ('kiamber of Co~nerc~ Build~.r~g in crossing the high~ray. Thy Mayor ~.sked Daley if he ~ro~ld cheek with the State High~t~,y ~ep~,rtment to see if this could b~ done. Parker and Daley reported there would be ~roubl~ with the curb gutter at the park on the South Side. Bl~.ek reported t2~at h~ hid cem~plaint~ that the people hauling tr~.sh to the land gill are very ea~eless .bout the trash blowing s~r._ f~11i~~ mut of the trek. After discussion, the Cota~cil ~.aked the pr~s~ if they would male an is$ue of this problems 3n order to reach amore peopl€~ and m~k~ them .ware of this situation. Olson reported that he had noticed some of the sidewalks in town are ire bad shape and in need o~ repair. the Mayor a~k~d the Aldermen to ~~ke ~t~.rvey of their wards and to report back, the sidewalks th~.t ~r~ irs need of im~edi~~~ attention. Daley reported that hip property i~ out cf the City L3mits~ but the people installing the sewer, right lead to a problem,iff in the future this property is brought into the City Limits. Bradley suggested the sanitarian be contacted as ~c~on sa possible to check into this matter. Dale~r reported h~ had received our application for the grant on the reservoir for further inforr+~ation. FIe also stated that h~ had talked to Calv3.n Call and he had assured Daley that the needed information is minor. Parker asked permission to leave the Ci.t~.
