~ special. meeting of the City council of the City of Laurel, Montane, was held in the Council Chambers and c~llcd to order by President of the Council
Ger~,1d Gays, in the abs~nc~ of the Mayors at 7:3~ o~clock, P.M., on Monday
August 12, 1968.
Upon taking roll call, the following Aldermen answered present:
Richard Black Louis Yaveti_ch Roy Horning Jams Southworth

This meeting was called s~~~aii~ according to Z~w for the fin~.l
public hc~arin~ and the proposed ~5 Anil l~v~r for the City of Laurel, and for the
purposing of passing on that levy. After convening for a reasonably length of time, and having no persons appearing to protest this levy, motion was:ma,cle by
Ebersviller and seconded by Yovetich that the final levy for the City of LAUrel
1968-1969 budget be set at ~~-mil1~ with the di~tributyon to be as follow :
