Polies reports of Lenhardt and Ander~an wars pr~€~~nted. Motion was
made by Gass and seconded by Eber~viller that these reports be spprov~ed.

Report of the pol~.c~ ~ndge war presented. Motion way made by ~bersviller and s~cond~cl by ~a~s that this report b~ approved. Motion carried.

Parker Departed an the Ordinance regarding live ~u~ic 3n L~.urel. He
stated that the en~ir~ committee was in agr~ea~ent o~ this ordinancs~ with the
exception of the o~nt of the fee charged for lic~MSe. Parker ~uggesst~d to ~1~.t30 per ~e~,r. Eber~viil~r ~~at~d that the ~'~e should. be ~~a.~(?. After

attend a police ~chaoit~ snd filled the application for Lenhardt. ~'he Polica~
C~smittee thought that the r~13.ef pa~relm~n Wayne Fort should attend.. After
di~eu~sion, motion t~a~ made by Ebersvil.~.er and seconded by Southworth that

Yovetich a~l~ed about Con~olidatc~d Freightway~ Bu.3.ld.ing.
Yovetich stated that the water reservoir is going ahead nicely aid
that he has h~a~€i ~ornpliment:~ and pr~i~~ given to our +~itg Lng3.neer for hid
~fficiene~* and cooperation.
Parker ~t~.ted ghat the C3.ty i~ still. ~ryi~g out variou$ read grader with ptar~has~ its mind. City Engin~~r reported on th3.s also,, and Mated that
they wanted to try out some others before making any kind of decision.
Eber~vill~r staffed that he checked on the d3teh ors the nort~i side of
the road south of the highway that floods the ~:chessl~r Ready Mix Cement property. Ae paid the ditch 3srigate~ the Ca~gr~gational Church property and several others.
He ~ta~t~~ ghat these people should have the ditch cleaned out. Fber~viller to
approach Leo Yeager on this matter.
Thy Alder ditch and the overflow at Alder and Fifth eras brmught up
again. This matter turned over to Walt Parker and Ray Fiornir~g.
Ebersviller asked permission to l~av~ the Stag, wi~~i the ~.nderstaridirig
that he be allowed to come back in. Such a emotion ~a~ made bg Gans and aeconded
b~ Parker. Motion carried.

Daly reported that he and Bradley wanted to ta~1k about the City-
~~nt~ Plann3.~g Board end what should b~ done. He $~at~d that only four
members of this Board came to the last ~ee~i The Maymr asked that Bradl.e~
