A Special meeting; of the City council of the City of ~~,urel~ Montane,
was held 3.n the ~ounc3.1 chambers acid was called to order by Mayor Kenneth
Ql~on, at x;10 o~eloek~, P.M:~ on 3'uesday, Au~u~t 26th 1969.
I' Opon taking ro11 call, the following aldermen answered presents: ~
J~.ek~on F. Parlor Lyle Jones H. Eb~rsviller~ r. W~.lt Parer
John Beslariwiteh
This meeting was ~~.ll~d for the specific purpose of betting the
opinion of the aldermen, and d3.seussing the proposed d38continuanc~ of the
N.P. Mains~reeter.
After discu~~ion, motion way made by ~'bersviller and seconded by
Walter Parker that the City council go on reccard as opposing the diseontinuane~ Qf the N P. Mainstr~eter. Motion carried unanimously.
In this connection the City attorney w~~ instructed to draw up
Resolution ATo. 1371 to be pre~,~nt~d at the next regt~.lar council meeting..
There being no further business ~o come before the council at this session, motion ~ra~ duly r~ad~ and ~~canded that the m~etir~g be ad~o~arned.
Motion carried.
