A Spec3.a1 me~tir~~ of the ~C3.ty Council of the City of Laurels Montana,
was held in the council chambers, and was called to order by Mayor Kenneth E. ~ Alson, at o~cloek, P.M., Tuesd~.y, August 26th., 1969.
Upon taking ro~:l call, the following a.ld~rmen answ~r~d pr~sen~r
Jackson F. Parker Lyle Jones E. H. Ebersviller, Sr. Walt Parker
John Beslanwiteh
This meeting was ca11~d for the specific purpose of d~:scuss~ing whether
or nod the City Officials would elect to participate in an additional tax for
the residents of the City of LaurEl, Montana. for a County Library system.
After discussion, motion was made by ~bersv ll.er and seconded by Parker that the
Board of bounty Co~nraissioners des3.re to be excluded from this program. Motion parried unanimously.

session, motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be ad3ourned.
Motion carried.
