The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.by Cba~man John Smith.
Members present were; Bob Spannagel , Bill Brennan , and Bob Western.
Guests present were;Jim Horan,Scott Monson,Dave Donavan,Jeff Schlabs,Bill Kronmiller,
Phil Sanderson,John Ostlund,and Robert E.
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.

Moved by Brennan,seconded by Spa~-uagel to pay bill s. Motion passed.
Frank Felke informed us that he had purchased Richard Hereim's Hangar(#17).
We discussed skydiving at the Airport.Presently there are two groups operating
at the Airport,Airsports,Inc.(Dave Donavan) and Kronmiller/Schlabs. We recieved a
for~l request to operate at the Laurel Ai~ort from Kroz~miller%Schlabs and
showed us proof of insurance. We stressed the need to promote harmony between
the two groups. Bob Spannagel moved and Brenr~u seconded ~ that Kronmiller/Schlabs
be allowed to Jump at our fac~llty providin~ that they help with park maintainence
and pay $ 150.00 per year for the use of the space.All jumpers and instructors are
to be qualified and insured. Motion passed.
No word yet on land acquisition.
Discussed Randy Pfieffer moving onto the trailer spot.
We recieved a bill from Northern Skies for the purmbese of the Quonset hut.
He would like it applied to h~s lease.Bob Spiel moved to accept the offer,
seconded by Western. Motion passed.
