I i James Southworth L3rl~: Jones I The minutes of the previous meeting were read, Motion was made by Parker and seconded by Horning that the minutes be approved read. Motion i, earr3ed. Motion eras made by Ebersviller and seconded by Hos~ning that these reports b~: approved. lotion carried. Reports of the Sanitarian were presented. Motion was made by Ebers~ri.ller end ~econd~±d by Southworth that these reports be approved. Motion carried. Health ~f~ieer'~ reports and tt~o Library Reports were presented. Motion was made by Ebergvi.ller and secoxid~d by Parlor that these reports be approved. Motion carried. Reinhart appea?^~d. before the Gauncil with discussion on a pos~~.b~:e solution to our garbage situation. After discussion, the Ma~ror then appointed the Street & Alley Gomrn~.ttee, to work with Reinhart the City i Engineers and himself,, with Dick Blaek a~ Chairman to try to resol~'e this utter, and also possibly taking the N. P. trash and try to ~limina~e burning. The Mayor stated that there was abflut 1St) ~ of !.t-inch water main to go to Riverside in the spring. 'ihe mayor a,SKed approval OI ri3.1. Mot3.on carried. Gaston stated that the office force should inform persons renting Riverside Hall. for dan~~s ghat the Police ~upervi.~ion way only paid until 2 A.M. Jones reported. that the investigating comz~ittee recommended that the axea in question on Woodland be zoned from an R-3 to an R-~. Zoning. Parker made this recommendation in the form of a motion, seconded by Jones. Upon taking roll call note, the other four Aldermen present voted. '~to~', so this recommendati on was defeated. It was suggested that the entire Caunci.l have a meeting with the Zoning Board on Monday evening January 13th, at 5:00 o'clock, P.M., for discussion. Horning bra~ght up the subject of snowmobiles being licensed. Gaston stated that they should riot be allowed on Cite Streets.
