A Special meeting of the City Gouneil of the City df Laurels Montana was held in the Council Chambers, and was called to order bar a
Mayor K~±nn~a~h E. 01san, at 5:34 o'claek, P.M,, on Wednesday, May 27th, 1970.
Upon taking ro11 call, the following aldermen answered present: a

This me~tin was called .for the purpose of allowing David Murray
to make a request which he did as .follows:

c. r Murray presented drawings which had been approv~c~. by the City ~
~n~i.n~er~ and asked the Council to consider hip request to bring in to the ~ City Limi~~, all lots in Block Four of the Mountain Vista Subdivision for
F; the purpose of building eight single-family dwellings for sale. The Laurel
Security owns 14ts four through 17. Mrs. Les Stoltz owns lots 1, 2, & 3, and
lots 18, 19, & 2D. Resolution proposing to extend the City Limits would
need to be passed and published for the purpose of hearing any and all
~ protests from prap~rty owners involved. I i
After discussion, the Gity Engineer telephones to Mrs. S~olt~
asking her o~inic~n on this matter. Mrs. Stoltz atated that shy had no
objection to coming into the City Limits.
In this connection the follo~r3.ng action was talon:

ALL OF L4'~S ONE (1) THRQUGH TWEN'T'Y (20 IN BL(~K FOt7R (2~) 0~ M~UNTAIAI U25TA SUBDIVISION, was pr'eSpIlted; Motion was made bar Ebersviller and seconded
by Beslanwiteh that this resolution be p~.ssed ~,nd adopted. Motion carried,
and Cit~r Clerk authorized and directed to t~ubZish:•_copy as soon a~ possible.
There being no .further business to come before the council at this
se5~ion, motion was duly made and seconded that the meeting be ad,~ourned.
Motion carried.
