Upon reconvening the meeting Be~lanwiteh made a motion that the bid of Fi~ek~ner Chevrolet b~ ace~pt~d~ subject to further study by the finance eo~uni.ttee. Jones sccond~d and the motion carried. s A letter was read from the Ja~re~es thanking the cocil for their j S support in ~ecuri~g Riverside Hall. The Girl Scouts from troop #312 attended the Council meting to get look at ham the City GovernYna~~t oper~te~. Kenneth Ha~emat~ appeared before the e4urlcil i~ question about the garbage rates a~s~~sed against his property that h~.s sever received ~arbag~ service. H~.g~ma~ also c~mpl~.ined about the snow being removed from the center of the highway to directly in from of his place off' business. Daley Mated that !i f the snow is graded from the center of the higl~way~by the highway d~psr~~e~t and the cit~t crew must th~~ rems~ve the snow frc the side of the highway.
