that he wrote on the ~arkin~ lots. TTOVe-t? ch report,ed that he would. 1~ 1~~ the

p~rkJ n~ lot. After discussion Yov~tich mad. a motion. that the city not t,o
dispose of the narking; lot only at a referendum vote of the ?people. Several
aldermen ~bjPeted to this si~.~ffestion and the mo-~ion died for lack of a
second.
