Tom Hand Jackson Parlor Tc~m Ki.lp~triek E. H. Ebersvil.ler~ Sr. Chuck Rodgers Ervin Metzger
This me~ti.ng was ea3.led especially for the purpose of disues~ ng
f~arbage problems
Ebersviller made a motions s~eonded by Parker that the City notify
the Burlington Northern that tk~e City wi11 be unable to handy any refuse of theirs after January i, 1972 until further notice. The Mayor ca11~:d for a
ra11 ca11 vote which proceeded as follows: Eb~r~v311er "yes", Kiip~.trick,
"no" , Parker, eyes" ~ H8~'d~ 'rno", Rodgers, r?noc' ~ N!'et~g~r'~ "yes~t . Th].8 be3.11~
three "a;~s" and three ~'nayes", thc~ Mayor broke the die by voting "no", and
the motion w~,g defeated.
Motion was thin made by Kilp~.trick and ~~conded by Rodgers that the
City not accept from otztgid~ users any materi~.7. that pan not be land~'~lled.
The N~ayor then ea11~d for another roll ca13 vote. Motion carried with
Eber~v3.ller voting wnoa~
There being no further business to come be~'or~ the council at th~.s
session, the meet3.ng was finally adjourned at $s30 P.Nl.
