Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John H.Smith.

Minutes of previous meetings were approved as read.

Craig Ca~ield reported on land acquisition. Ken Peterson reported ,value
hearing in April on Fox property,trial in Ju~e if not settled before.
Neccesity hearing on Feb. 23 on Reiter property. Judge,Susan Waters.
Discussed paving access road this summer with mtlli~gs from N.H.D.
Approxinately one m~e. Need two culverts. Will apply to Montana Aeronauties
for 50% grant. Emulsion from Koch Materials to bind millings about $5000.00.
Will approach Cenex Refinery about donating MC-70 read oil iustead. Will be
using donated equipmeut and labor. Since this is mot a budgeted item we may
have to ask for cash donations from A~rport users.
Bob Western presented a prel~-4~-~y copy of Minimum Standards for the Airpmrt~
as requested by the F.A.A. There was vociferous objection from
McKamy,and Metz.Motion to table the subject was made by Brennsn, seconded by
Spaunagle ,a~d passed.
Snow plwi~ has been excellent.
Contemplating selling Dodge pickup.
