Meeting called to order at 1900 by Chairman John Smith.
Members present;Roy Zebra,Bob Western,Bob Spannaglemand Bill Brennan

Minutes of the Janu~ meeting were approved as read.

Bills were approved for payment.
It was moved by Western, seconded by Brennan to approve the Airport Rules
and Regulations that we have been discussing for the last several years.
Motion passed.
Ostlund suggested that we submit a request to Yellowstone County end the
Montan~ Department of Highways for use of equipment to lay asphalt millings
on the access road. We will approach Cenex Refining about donating 3,000
gallons of MC-70 road oil for & binder. If no donation is forthcoming we will
have to pay approximately $5,000.00 for emulsion product from Koch Industries.
Since this is not a budgeted item we discussed ways to assess Airport users
for the cost.
Craig Ca~ield reported on lan acquisition. Reiter neccisity hearing,Feb.24.
Fox property value commission beefing will settle before June 1,or it will
go to trial. Could have administrative settlement before rehearing in April.
Bob Redding suggested having R~ Pfiefle list planes tied down on the
raep instead of Potter. We would keep the $20.00 per month instead of
splitting it.Pending.
Discussed low lease fees in old hangar area. Paving ta~ways iht hat area
is not feasible at this time as it would require quite a bit of earthwork
and grading.
