definite need.for a full time dAputy. Yovetich stated that there is a la.r~e mambPr of ~eon7_~ in this aria wh.o are without a deputy and would.
rave to waits for one to come from. Billings if they needed one. Motion
w~.s ma,dp bar Yov~t~_ch and seconded.. by Jones that a litter be written to Meeks
seeking the reta_nment of our full time resident deputy and a cony sent
~ to the County Commissioners. Motion carried.

slinervisian of Frank Smith, and in return w 11 receive a portion of the builc~in~
for a meting room. Motion was made by 13eslanwiteh ~.nd seconded by Jones

EberstTiller asked Daley if the ('arl~~.r~e truck would ~icku~ the
~arb~.ge at Riverside at least once a week. P.al~;.y stated that they would pick it ~~o on T'rid~.ys.

the City to provide City w~.t~r and sewer to a building project planned by
the Real estate Tart in docks 3 and of Nutti_n~ Brothers Subdivision.
If the proposed nroj~ct i5 approved by the ~'HA this property will then be
brought into the City Limits. The Reuel Estate Mart presented a waiver of protest of anne~~tion s~.~ned by the Pres .d,ert of the Real Estate Mart.

District on the ballot .for a City wide zrote. Motion w~.s made by Parker and seconded bjr Yovetich that the City honor this committmsnt and gut
the 1i~htin.~ district on the ballot. Motion carried..

the school ha.s not paid for the ,year 1969 and 1970. The Park Board to meet f and. find out what the school OWES and present the bill at the next school
