Meeting ealled to order at 1900 by Ch~trman John Smith.
Members present;Bill Brennan,Roy Zahm, and Bob Western
Guests present ;Bob Roodes,Frank Wagner,Don Crilly,Frank Felke,Krayton Kerns,
Bob Eedding, and Dave Donavan
Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bills presented were;
Montana Aeronautics runway lites $ 384.04
Yellowstone Valley Elec. power for Feb. $ 69.35
A-1 Drilling ~ cost of well $ 86~.63
Bills were approved.
Moved by Brennan to assess a one time 25% increase in leases on all leases
on hangars and sites in mew hangar area to pay for any expenses in paving
the Airport access road,etc. A~y excess will be refunded proportionately.
Any money already donated by leaseholders will be refunded. Seconded by
Western.Motion passed.
Land acquisition-may have agreement with ~oxes.$1,800 per acre(27 acres) plus
attorneys fees ($45 ~ 000 ? ) .Reiter still pending.
Discussed need for culverts before paving access road. Tenatively will lay
millings on April 19 and 20.Read letters from hangar owners concernin~
assessment for paving. All in favor but two.
